There should be some kind of through-way from e.g. Kenyon Road to Ffordd Pengam and Rover Way to connect up to the proposed route along Lamby Way - dealing with the roundabouts there as a cyclist is dangerous

SL 3C and SL3D are especially required as the current provisions are inadequate and require mounting and dismounting the pavement often without dropped kerbs.

A walking/cycling route along Rover Way, the main access route between Cardiff Bay and the eastbound M4...are you insane??? How about you make a little path for that when you *finally* get around to completing the Cardiff Southern Distributer Road, by connecting the ski jump to nowhere at Queensgate Roundabout to the A4232/A48/M4, as was originally intended when the Cardiff Bay Development was conceived and built?? You can do whatever you like with Rover Way once a dual carriageway connects Queensgate Roundabout with the eastbound A4232/A48/M4.

Good to see Ocean Way / Lewis Road included and good to have routes all the way through Splott residential area. Very pleased to see routes along Rover Way.

Railway Street is an easy win to create a quiet route. Splott Road-Clifton Street/Metal Street-Elm Street should be an active travel corridor to make sure Splott is connected to the city rather than disconnected as it currently is. Windsor Road is another obvious gap.The Seawall Road area could be better connected

Need much stronger north-south cycling routes as Splott to integrate the neighbourhood into the city more strongly. Very surprised to see that a Splott Road - Clifton Street/Metal Street - Elm Street link isn't in there
